With my need to always exceed my own expectations I tend to run my ass into the ground. When you carry around 200 lbs of raw, lean, hard and veiny muscle you can get tired kinda quick. So having said that I am gonna keep my ass close to the couch today and try to rest! I know it will never work but at least I can give it a try.:) Happy Saturday my naughty lovers!!

Geez, where did the week go!! It's Friday and I am about to cook up some food to eat before the gym. Had a great week and I can not express enough to you how much I love all my fans/friends! Really, my emails I receive and chatting with you on Herbiceps is just such a pleasure. Some of you have been with my since my very first year in this and now its like having wonderful old friends to catch up with! I am really blessed guys and I could not do this without you. Your continued support and love motivates me and inspires me everyday. Thank you from the bottom of my naughty heart! :)

I just got word that Tammy Jones's mother is in a coma. Not good to hear and although I do not have a real personal relationship with Tammy I have much respect for her. Saying that, please say a prayer for her mother, I hate that fact that a daughter has to endure this. Much respect and best wishes to Tammy and her family wishing them nothing but the very best out come! Stay strong Tammy!!

Sometimes the best word to have is the last! When someone takes advantage of a relationship whether it be business or personal over a period of time make sure when the time is right you get the last word. Little Friend

Well I have a new "friend" that i really should NOT have. See, about 5 months 2 baby racoons showed up in a tree in my yard. Well they were so cute of course I had to feed them! Now they are bigger like teens and they are NOT afraid of mommy naughty at all! :P I pulled up from the gym yesterday evening and one was in my driveway and walked to my car like "come on get out im hungry". Me being a total idiot I talk to them and give them treats but then when they come near me I run and scream! LOL Really it is one of the stupidest things to watch i swear! :) The things I get myself into...

Just came from tanning salon and now getting ready to hit the gym. Chest and biceps coming up and I know I wont have to deal with a crowd cause for some reason people think the dont need to train on Friday!! LOL. I read Zoa Linsey's facebook entry and I loved it! Sing it SISTA, lol she mentioned that BBing is NOT about the judges or "critics" it is about you and you feeling the best about yourself..... AMEN. Love a smart chick with muscle well said, Zoa!! I also feel this way but I believe one should do whatever it is in life that makes them feel good about themselves! Be authentic and what makes you, you. No one can take that from you and once you are at peace with who you are it does not matter what the fuck anyone has to say about you. People will always have something to say so live life for you and let them talk! :)

There is nothing like that hot sun against my skin while doing cardio. Did my hour cardio in the FL heat with tiny shorts and a tee this morning. I think this is the first time I did my cardio in shorts and now I know why..... stopping traffic to say the least. People are not used to seeing condition on the body. Veins popping around 27'' swollen legs is just enough to make people hit the breaks, LOL. Felt great to sweat and feel the sun on all of my body but my calves got such a pump it was hard to move at my ankle!! The veins in my calves and quads looked like they were gonna bust out of my skin, never knew my legs looked like that while doing my cardio, motivated myself!!LOL. It is a freakin beautiful day in So Fl love the winter months here. On another note I moved my leg day from Friday to Tuesday. Worked out great so gonna do it again this week sometimes I am so tired at the end of the week it is hard to work up the courage to really hit legs crazy hard. Tuesdays leg workout was off the charts so if it works keep doing it! :)

Cake

So yesterday I did not go on webcam and for a very good reason, I was too busy eating birthday cake!! LOL Ok, that is NOT a good reason but it did feel real good! :) First time in 2 years I was able to eat Bday cake since I have been in contest prep for the last 2 Bdays. Man, I feel it today and I am going to do cardio NOW!! LOL I really need to find a rubber suit to do cardio in so I can get all this water out of my abs BUT i dont have one so sweats will have to do. :) I will be on cam later today but you better not ask for an ab shot lol save yourself! :) Ok I am off to sweat the cake off and get my ass together so I dont scare you on cam! :) LOL

What a great weekend i had on cam with so many of you!! You guys are all just great and motivate me to be better with everyday!! Nothing like catching up and having a few laughs with my naughty family. Porn Star or Bodybuilder??

Recieved an email today that asked if I considered myself a porn star or a bodybuilder. I looked at this email and said "huh". Find it interesting so thought I would share my thoughts on that with all of you. First, if you want to call me any kind of "star" it would be a bodybuilding star. My work is far from porn in my eyes, unless you are like 90 years old my, work is very G rated as far as "porn" goes. If my focus was porn why would I have 27'' legs 19'' calves and 17+" arms. Shit I would just suck dick and look normal if I was a porn star, really! LOL. What I am in is the bodybuilding business and with that brings the exploration of fantasy that is associated with muscle. Do I love what I do of course but as always my focus is on muscle and bodybuilding. I bodybuild for life and to look like a full time bodybuilder year round not just for the stage and a bunch of needle dick judges. Whether I compete again remains to be seen right now my focus is on my business not if I can shrink down to some pixie chick to get first prize at a NPC show. Really my only thought right now on woman who compete at any level is "SUCKERS", no prize money and no respect from the industry now that is BEAT in my book. But that is a whole other blog, lol. So back to the whole "porn" thing. My answer to that is call me what you want really. At the end of the day I am a huge, hard, sexy ass female bodybuilder who has the most amazing fans that I intend to continue to satisfy any way I can. So call me a porn star, call me fucking Mary Poppins really at the end of the day none of it matters! :) Your happy, Im happy what else matters. :) Ahhhh, just another day in naughty's world LOL..

Hope you all are doing well!! So you know this coming tuesday I will be 34! Man, I remember doing my first shoot in 2000 so that makes 12 years in this industry and time has flown. Where I am today is a much better place than when I first started but I dont regret one minute of it all, what a journey!! :) All is well on my end and training is great I will be training early in the day the next few days which means I can play on HERBICEPSCAM in the evening which allows me to see alot of you I dont get to see! :) Love catching up and chatting/playing with you there. I am so happy alot of you saw my Muscle Angels shower video and enjoyed it as well. Do you realize I was 196 in that video, pretty dam lean no?? :P I am holding at 198 and holding a bit of water in certain areas but as long as the legs and arms are nice and veiny I know I am still in the single digits bodyfat and that is great news for me!! :) After a while of doing this at a certain level you can determine your fat and weight from just looking in the mirror. Although I weigh myself daily I know my weight before I step on that scale. Other news is i am back to platium blonde again. My poor hair colorest, I make his head spin and I am one of "those clients" that calls him 30 min before I want an appointment so he has to move his day around to get me in cause he knows I dont like the word NO :). I make it worth his while and I am blessed to have him as a friend Ive been going to him for 10 years now. I have so many great plans in store for future updates and I think you will be HAPPY :) Going to bring a new element to the site and it will be HOT and the great thing is you get to get involved with what you want me to do to it! :) Trust me it will all make sense very soon! :) Okay I am back to work, new project is in full swing and keeping me very busy. So I am back to making another round of approvals for it and all the other work it involves. Have to keep this naughty mind stimulated all the time :). Next update coming Friday! :)

Window Tease

One More Thought

In regards to the Ms International a big congrats goes to Yaxani. This is my thought on it... I am very happy for her win but this is the fact that does not settle well with me. Her winning the title made her 25,000 dollars richer, the winner tonight of the Arnold Classic for the men will be about 6 figures richer!! Hmmmm what other profession shows such a difference in pay between men and women? I cant think of any and to be honest it is just wrong. Now lets see how many magazine covers the mens winner gets on after the Arnold and lets see how many Yaxani is on after her win. I will tell you right now Yaxani will be on ZERO and the mens winner will be on just about every. Just another aspect of this sport I love that makes me say hmmmm is that right?? The only answer is can come up with is NO. Now, I know I cant change it but I have every right to talk about it! :)
