Better

Each day i am getting better from this HORRIBLE cold i have been dealing with. So thankful that it will be long gone soon! I hate being sick but really who likes it! :) Tomorrow is HUMP day and i know the perfect way to celebrate it..... Spend it with me on HERBICEPSCAM!!

Guys, there is no other way to say this... it is FUCKING HOTTT outside here in south florida. I have lived here for 7 years and this is the first year I really find it hard to handle the heat. I keep my air on 68 lol and break a sweat the minute I walk outside! On top of the heat I have been fighting a horrible cold for about a week. I plan to be back on HERBICEPSCAM tomorrow but had to take a few days off so I didnt sinffle and cough on cam! :) Training is going well, even with a bad cold I muster the strength to train even if it is not to my full intensity. Updates will NOT take a break with my webmaster taking some time away, I was confused! :) SO the great news is updates will be on track!! :) I love that!! :) If I did an update without me talking it is because I had a cold and didnt want to sound like a sick freak talking to you! LOL.... The talking will return and I will make sure I get nice and dirty with you cause I know you love that dirty talk, I DO!! :) Have a great day!! :)

Got my manicure and pedicure today which is always a treat! Now I am relaxing and getting ready for the weekend ahead. Gonna give you some extra updates in the next week or so because my webmaster will be away for about 2 weeks in July. I want to give you some more to look at to keep you happy while he is away. :) I have started to slowly start prep for nationals, doing cardio more often now and keeping diet tight and my body is already responding. Prep is so different when you hold so much more muscle than fat. Your body responds at the smallest change and although I have plenty of time I am putting some of my "secrets" into play a bit early :). I will be on HERBICEPSCAM this weekend so check in and if I am there please come in and play! :) Enjoy the weekend and to all my fathers, HAPPY FATHERS DAY!! :)

Its hot and sunny in south fl today and with my afternoon free i think i will catch some rays! :) Nothing feels better then hot sun on a hard worked body. Weekend is almost here so enjoy the rest of your week!!

HEAT

Been following the NBA playoffs and cheering on the heat but they are down. Lets see if they can think like champions and pull the win off!!?? A true champion comes back from being down and comes back stronger then ever, only time will tell if the Miami Heat can do it. Friday again which we all know means leg night! :) About to get ready to jump on HERBICEPSCAM for a bit and then wait for some new kitchen appliances to arrive....
