FRIDAY

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!  I wish all of you a day of blessings, love and laughter! I will not have an update tomorrow because my webmaster is on a holiday break.  We will be back to normal on tuesday and yes I know if you saw the "cum game" update lol you may be in trouble.  So if you can hold it until tues but if you need to burst I cant blame you! :P  Much love to you all!

Do you train them?

I get asked all the time if I still train my calves and this always makes me shake my head.  OF COURSE I DO!!  I dont look at them and say oh your all done, I look at them and say you could be better!  In fact I say that for every muscle group.  My motto is TRAIN ALL PARTS LIKE THEY SUCK!!

New Week
