Morning cardio and off to the salon to get my hair done! I will be on HERBICEPSCAM today around 2pm eastern. Come and see me there and wish me luck on my leg training tonight. I am hitting legs twice a week now so can we all say...... MASSAGE!! :) Happy Friday!
