Just got done working up a massive sweat with my cardio and hit the shower!! Nice cool water running down this hard body was just what I needed. Another update is on its way but I am trying to solve a possible video problem I believe some of you are having. I have forwarded this problem to the right people and hope we can get it fixed ASAP so you all can enjoy my video clips. I hope you all have a great week and hope to see alot of you on cam, HERBICEPS. Prep is going GREAT and I am just about 7 weeks out from this next show. I will look soooo much better this show and will continue to come in better with each, it is very exciting! :)
