Denise

Wanted to tell you guys about a dear friend and client Denise, as seen below. She is one of my hardest working clients and has lost over 40 lbs since training with me. She is a great friend and a woman who works very hard in the gym. She is 47 years old but you would never know it to see her train as hard as she does. She came to my show to support me and looked pretty HOT if I do say so myself!! To a great friend and an animal in the gym, she inspires me!! :)
