HOUSE OF MUSCLE

House of MUSCLE, is what my home will be in just a few hours. I am shooting at home today with the AWESOME Colette Guimond!! I am so excited and I haven't seen her in a long time so it will be great to shoot and catch up with her. She may train with me tonight as well depending on her schedule. Colette is not only one of the BIGGEST FBB'S out there she is one of the sweetest!! :) Contest training is going........well it is going!! lol. No, it is going great although I am tired I will still have the energy to play with you on HERBICEPS!! I will be on today around 1:00-1:30 pm eastern!!
