Although I am a horrible "tweeter", cant find alot of time to get on, I am happy to connect with some old friends.  Angela Salvagno is on twitter and I had to pleasure of connecting with her.  I worked with her years ago and she is a beautiful and sweet person!  Angela is one of my favs, she did an awesome job of mixing sex and muscle!  My kind of muscle girl and I am sure you all agree!! :)  Off for AM cardio.  Herbicepscam around 12 noon eastern today....
