with the holiday weekend miami beach is in lock down to make sure visiters here for the weekend behave themselves!!  last year we had a shooting which ended in a death and that is never a good thing.  hope people play nice this weekend!!  as for me, i will be in the gym and on herbicepscam this weekend. :)  we all know i dont need alcohol or food to have fun.  i get naughty all on my own! :)
