Water

Do you drink enough water? Water is sooo important for external and internal functions. Replace your typical drink that you have with meals etc and drink water!! It is not only good for hydration but for metabolic functions and energy levels!! Water, does a body good!! :)

Yes, water is healthy, but not the bottled water, and poured fluoride. :-o
