WOW, I am dragging today since it is my NO carb day!!! I cycle my carb in take and today happens to be the dredded zero carb day. The only thing that makes it worth while is seeing those beautiful veins in my abs coming out to say HI :) Happy Labor day weekend! Be safe and eat some carbs for me PLEASE!!!! :) Hope alot of you can swing by HERBICEPSCAM tomorrow, I will be on and off all day!! :)
