Leg Night
Just hobbled in from training legs tonight and when I tell you I killed it, I KILLED IT!!! I am 12 weeks out and the only thing on my mind when I train is to get it done. Did 6 sets of squats and it was my 6th exercise and when I tell you I pushed it to the limit I DID. 500 lb squat for 10 reps baby!!! I am coming for that nationals stage so I am telling you now, the other girls better bring it! :) Now I am going to eat and hit that bed hard.....
