Monday
It is Monday and I am ready to get the week going. I am sooooo pumped to get in the gym tonight, it is shoulder and tricep night and I cant wait. I will be competing in March so from now til about Dec 1. I will stay hard and big at about 185-190lbs until it is time to come down again. This will mean I only have to frop like 25 lbs to get on stage and that sounds great compared to the 65 I had to drop for the first! :) Plan on an update mid week and I have a hot video in store for you to show you how big, hard muscle is the ultimate turn on. Have a great Monday and I will let you know how my workout was today!
