FINAL WEEK

Here we are just days out and I am so happy to say this lol...  Feeling good, well 5 days out good and all is well.  We are starting the "dial in" phase and its amazing how the final adjustments change the body so much over a course of just a few days.  I will be taking this week off from HERBICEPSCAM but will be available for appointments if you want or need :)..  I will be doing regular updates this week, there will be no lag due to final week.  Its an exciting time and I am so excited to be on stage with amazing women in just a week.  Wishing all doing the show best of luck with that final week and we can all SHINE on stage very soon. :)  Have a wonderful week my sweet friends!!
