Emails

I love getting emails from around the world from people who like me love muscle!  Today I got a very special email from a fellow FBB with such kind words and support.  It means so much to get an email from an "iron sister"!  Tomorrow starts another week of killing the gym and I cant wait!  Have a great Monday and if the week starts out slow remember...  its not always how we start BUT how we finish!! :)
