SWEAT
There is nothing like working up a sweat under the hot sun of south florida. I love getting out there to do my cardio and watching my veins swell as I get a pump from just doing cardio. :) I must say so do the people driving by, I love stopping traffic!!! Happy Thursday! :)

Oh, sure rub it in! Us northerners must sweat in some gym somewhere right now. Lol!
