Journey
In bodybuilding you must enjoy the journey and not get too focused on the "destination". I never look far out from the day I am on, all I can do is focus on this day and giving 100%. If you just tackle one day at a time you will not get over whelmed and you will stay focused and positive. One day at a time friends, one day at a time... :)
