I am dealing with a knee sprang and wow I would not wish this on anyone!  ALOT of pain and lets just say my walk is quite "unique" which is attracting even more stares LOL..  Have to take a couple days off from my cardio (was told 2 weeks but not happening) but will continue weight training.  Its so much pain it is sucking the life out of me ;( but this too shall pass.  I actaully injured it last week BUT kept on doing cardio and trained legs like a beast which made it much worse.  So will be smart and do the best I can to get this healed up ASAP. :)
