Here I am this morning after 45 min of that damn stairmill! LOL..  Just drenched in sweat and LOVING IT! :)  I have an update for you that will hit on Tuesday that I think you will really like.  I am starting to realize alot of you really like the aggressive side of me and that is exactly what you are going to get.  I am thinking one aggressive and one sexy update a week. :)  Oh, and congrats to Aleesha Young on her USA WIN!!  New IFBB Pro and well deserved, she did an awesome job! :)
