FRIDAY

Saw a sneak peak of some girls doing the USA and I am just going to say it... ALEESHA YOUNG should take it she looks best I have seen her!!  Job well done to her and I have a feeling she will have IFBB PRO in front of her name come Sat night!  After 2 days of walking like I had a 2x4 up my ass after a totally INSANE leg workout I am feeling much better today lol.  Sometimes I need to control my crazy ass in the gym! :)  Morning cardio starts now and remember if its not wet its not right!  GO get your sweat on you wont regret it!!  HAPPY FRIDAY!!
