4am cardio done now on to round 2 baby!  No magic pill to get ripped but damn it I wish there was! LOL..  Here is a list of what we are focusing on come stage time.

1.  Conditioning must be better
2. Bigger, dryer, harder muscle
3. Deeper abs (i have shallow ab wall but have been training them like crazy to thicken it up)
4. Back bigger

This confirms I am in NO WAY perfect lol but having things to focus on and improve is all part of the fun.  When someone asks me what my fav body part is I can never answer.  Truth is I train every part like it sucks. :)  Time to get my sweat on!
