Update!
Well hello! Long time no blog geez I dont know where the weeks are going!! I hope all of you are terrific and well. I am good, training is good what is not good is the outlook for FBB in 2014. Sadly to say we may be at a turning point where we will no longer see female muscle on stage. This puts me in a very awkward place since it has been my goal to turn pro and compete as a pro, this may never happen. Arnold Classic has announced they will no longer have FBB and lots are saying the Olympia is next, very sad.. Keep fingers crossed 2014 still has beautiful, female muscle on the stage.
