15 weeks!

I am 15 weeks out from the North Americans and all is on track and going well.  I always laugh when I get asked "how is prep going" although it is a valid question the answer is simple.....  if it is not going well it means i am not doing my job and that will never be the case!  I have the best coach EVER and the genetics to stand with the best so the only way prep will not go well is if I am not doing what I am supposed to be and the chances of that happening are ZERO :)!  Changed my training up a bit with lower reps (12) which allows me to go heavier and is helping me stay full and hard.  I figure this is my show to lose since I took second last yr I certainly will not be happy with anything but a win this yr but no pressure lol..  My additional site, Naughty-Nylons will be launching in a matter of weeks and the best way to describe it is a Naughty fashion show week after week starting with nylons etc but will continue into PVC and more fetish attire as well.  Have a great week to you all and catch me on HERBICEPSCAM to get a live view of all my meat! :)
