My Week

Wow already the weekend, how was your week?  My week was full of ups and downs but over all a good one. :)  Spoke with my KICK ASS coach Zoa Linsey and wow always so great to speak with her!  I cant say enough great things about her guys!  Zoa is one of those people that I am just so blessed to have in my life, just a freaking GOOD PERSON not to mention a coach every athlete should have.  Zoa is one of a kind!!  We are going to get ready for the Nationals in November so LOOK OUT!!   I will be on HERBICEPSCAM tomorrow so see you there!
