i take you on the road with me for my next update.  one thing i love about my site is how raw it is, no airbrushing, no photo shop just me for you!  always fun doing updates for you i have a blast with my site.  hope you all have an awesome week.  i was feeling a little run down last week BUT i am back to myself and getting that gym time in.  notice how thick my pecs are getting in this next update. :)  really taking focus on making tweeks in my body because before we know it show prep will be here.  going pro is not something that will define me BUT i do want it since it is the next step for me in competition.
