Merry Christmas!!

I wish you and yours a blessed and happy holiday!  I am laying low and will be joining friends for a christmas feast! :)  I will be on HERBICEPSCAM Christmas so if you are around come and join me! :)  I will not be taking any time off from training and will keep that cardio going so I can eat my goodies without the guilt!  Yes, you can grow and do cardio FYI. :)  Again, MERRY CHRISTMAS and happy holiday enjoy and EAT! :)
