Time to train these tiny legs lol...  dealing with low blood sugar so feeling a tiny bit shakey.  I deal with this from time to time when I am working too much and not eating enough!  Lots of muscle to feed and when its not fed I get low sugar troubles.  Fueled up on eggwhites and oats but still feel a bit off. :(  I think once I get training my body will even out this is not a new thing for me so I should be just fine.  A large bowl of sugar would help alot lol but you are what you eat so its time to SHUT UP AND TRAIN.  :)  See you on HERBICEPSCAM this weekend.  Love my weekends on cam to catch you with all of you!  HAPPY FRIDAY and one of you eat some sugar for me!
