Crazy Legs

Just got out of a HOT shower after a CRAZY leg training session.  Drop sets, Super sets and Extra Sets kicked my ass but I must say this ass is looking better!!  the high light of the night was my walking lunges. You know I love to torture people with them! LOL  See I dont move when I lunge so if you get in my way you are going down sista!!LOL  Needless to say I love to watch the SCRAMBLE to get out of my way, hehe that is so NAUGHTY but who better to do it than..... ME:)   I am ready for you on HERBICEPSCAM this weekend!!  Come get a peak at all of my efforts, I will start at 12pm tomorrow afternoon (saturday) and that is eastern time on my end...
