Day After

Today i was back in maimi shooting with tom9 and annie. had a total blast with both and brought my sexy to both. today, the day after the show my condition is better then ever and i happen to run into the legend, iris kyle and we talked about why my body held sooo much water the day of the show and she said nerves can make the body produce severe water and can really ruin your physique!! :( that so sucks after i worked so hard for this show BUT it is behind me and I am moving forward. today my abs are back and not under 2 inches of water so what else can i ask for! LOL Happy monday and i will be getting you all an update!! :)
