WHAT A SHAME

Just got word that the great Iris Kyle is out of the Arnold due to a leg injury!! This is such sad news and I hope she is doing OK. Iris is not only a champion she is so sweet and was soooo kind to me after Nationals. I havent talked to her in a bit but if I get any info of how this happened i will let you know. Now, on the other hand I bet there are several women jumping up and down with excitment since she will not be there, it will be anyones game. Very exciting to wait and see who will take the crown this year without Iris there. I cant wait to watch the show!

On training news all is well with me although I had a real shity leg workout on friday. No strength and every injury I have was bothering me. Pushed thru and although I am sore I cant wait to batter them next week to make up for this week. Monday is around the corner and that means another Naughty week ahead! :)
