Your Mind Set

Ever notice how your mind can really hinder what you want to accomplish.  I tell ya mine can always think of 1,000 excuses not to do something :)  The good thing is I am really good at telling it to shut the fuck up.  When I am coming up with excuses I always think of one reason I should and guess what, that one reason holds more weight and reason than my excuses.  Bodybuilding is not a sprint but very much a marathon.  You must be patient but you also must do the work whether you are getting ready for a show or not.  :)
