Front shot sent to my new coach.  Diet changes in place we are looking to keep me as big and as hard as possible and I do believe its working. :)  I am a huge believer if something is not working change it NOW!  Don't wait until "Monday" or the "New Year" life is too short to delay success!

Here I am from yesterday!  When you know better, you do better!  Just love that saying because it is just so true.  When you allow yourself to keep learning and never be afraid to say you need help it just opens new doors.  This is so true for bodybuilding but really every aspect of life in general! :)

BLOCKED??!!

If you are blocked from my herbicepscam and don't know why neither do I lol..  No, there is a problem but they are working on it.  Please email me if you are blocked I have unblocked about 60 loyal cam friends but if I missed  you let me know.  They are still working the new site out and have assured me all will be fixed very soon.  So please just let me know if you cant get in my room and I will go in and fix it.
