PRINCE

Anyone else stare at the TV in a state of shock when you heard the news that a music legend, Prince passed away.  So young and so talented another reminder of how fragile life is.  Standing only 5'2'' his music and talent literally made him a giant. RIP Prince...  Never forget to live and love!!

Never easy

Whether you are looking to lose 20 lbs or a bodybuilder who is looking to get on stage, changing the body is never easy.  Bodybuilders have the same struggles as a "normal" person and that is so often overlooked.  There are days when I say.....
1. fuck this
2. this isnt working
3. arent i shredded yet
4. i should not have eaten that
5. how much fucking cardio
6. i think i may suck lol
7. why am i doing this

Trust me these are just a few that we ALL go through whether you are a bodybuilder or a stay at home mom.  The trick is to stay patient and love yourself in all conditions.  YOU CAN AND YOU WILL DO IT, JUST BELIEVE!! :)

Have a strong week friends!

14 weeks

14 weeks out and still alot of time BUT I am not wasting any either.  Lots of work and then wait for the body to respond.  Its not a crash diet the goal is to etch away the fat while keeping the muscle on!  Workouts are always the same weight is needed when lifting to keep that volume in the muscle.  Nothing changes at this point just diet on point and cardio added.  Cardio does NOT strip muscle away so many say this and it is just not the case.  Your body will never choose muscle as fuel over fat so stop thinking that.  You know who says that... the fatties who think their fat is muscle and when the do cardio it leaves them small because they had no muscle to start with! :P
