Wed/Fri Updates this week!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!

NEW YEAR

HAPPY NEW YEAR!  I am excited for 2013 and cant wait to share the ride with you!  Not a fan of resolutions because we should better ourselves daily but if a new year helps you then DO IT! :)  I will be on HERBICEPSCAM tomorrow to ring in the New Year early with you.  Had a great weekend, didnt train just got some recovery time in. Been feeling some injuries in my elbows, knees, toe and shoulder. LOL, geez I am getting old so resting a tiny bit to help my body out. :)  Yes, my toe is still hurt I feel so stupid saying I have a toe injury lol not even a "cool" injury to have!  Stop by and see me tomorrow need to find a proper party dress to wear on cam for you.  If you are going out BE SAFE!!

POWER

I am a huge believer that nothing is sexier than a woman with muscle.  Hard curves are the only way to go but I also love the power that comes with those big hard muscles.  In my next update I show just how powerful I am with a truck push.  Not only do I push, I run with the truck lol.  I really think I under estimate the power I have.  Enjoy...... :)

Merry Christmas!!

I wish you and yours a blessed and happy holiday!  I am laying low and will be joining friends for a christmas feast! :)  I will be on HERBICEPSCAM Christmas so if you are around come and join me! :)  I will not be taking any time off from training and will keep that cardio going so I can eat my goodies without the guilt!  Yes, you can grow and do cardio FYI. :)  Again, MERRY CHRISTMAS and happy holiday enjoy and EAT! :)

Saturday

Had a great day today and had such a blast exploring fantasies with so many on HERBICEPSCAM.  After my cam time I layered clothes on (its freezing here) and went for a nice long power walk.  Pontail and sweat suit with an hour cardio really worked up a sweat!  After a nice hot shower its time to relax a bit to get ready for my day tomorrow and playing more on webcam.  Hope you all had a wonderful day!

WEEKEND!

BUSY :)

Spent today organizing new outfits for upcoming shoots!  I just love new looks that inspire me!  Plan on shooting the next couple days and I cant wait!

Sad

I have sat at my computer for the past couple days trying to find something fun or naughty to write.  The reality is I am just heart broken with the events that took place at the CT school.  So many innocent lives lost and the photos and videos just leave you in tears.  My prayers go out to everyone effected by this horrible event.  I wish there was something we could do to take the pain away from the families effected.  I hope our thoughts and prayers as a Nation will help provide some strength to those in need.  Life is so fragile and if you haven't already, let all in your life know they are loved...

THE BEST!

Had one of my best chest and bicep workouts ever today!  Always makes me smile when I have a great workout reminds me how much I love to do what I do.  The weekend is almost here and that means its time to get NAUGHTY with me on HERBICEPSCAM!  Have a great Friday and see you on cam.

OMG

WOW, loving my new gym and loving the reaction from all of you over my added size!  :)  Making gains I need to earn the pro card next year.  I am dealing with a small issue with my foot, yes my foot!  I actaully think its a stress fracture since I have had them before and it is killing me.  Didnt stop me from tearing up the gym this week and doing legs tonight.  Now I am sitting here with a throbbing foot lol!  Foot massage is in order tonight. :)  Me and my aching foot will be on HERBICEPSCAM all weekend so come and see me there.  Takes more than a pain in the foot to stop me from getting naughty :).  Friday is almost here!!!

EXCITED

I have lived in south fl for 8 yrs now and have yet to find a true hardcore gym UNTIL NOW!!  By the stroke of luck I found one of the hardcore gyms left in south fl and it is 2 miles from my HOME!!!  All this time it was under my nose and I just found it!!  Top pros train there and today is my first day training there and I an sooooo excited.  I will be on HERBICEPSCAM later this evening around 8pm eastern to share my pump with you after my workout.  I am looking to make major gains and the equipment and 24 hour FITNESS SUCKS so I am out of there and ready to move some weight on the old school equipment that I started out on.  Wow I have found my second home and the motivation to step it up! :)  2013 better hold on cause a Naughty Storm is getting ready to blow on stage! LOL.....  Happy Tuesday!
